Our second release in the Distillery Reserve Series – Hokkaido Mizunara Oak Finish – was recently recognized as “Best Bourbon” by both Rolling Stone and Esquire.

Rolling Stone called the release “our favorite bourbon of the year … sweet and complex with just a hint of spice, leaving behind a velvety, lasting finish.” Esquire praised it as “one of the best examples” of a Mizunara-oak-finished whiskey.

While we are honored by this recognition, we are even more excited by the upcoming releases in the Distillery Reserve series – with our next launch set to explore a collaboration between French tradition and American craft.
